The cottage is conveniently situated in gently rolling countryside on the Bedfordshire/Cambridgeshire border.

The cottage is equipped to a very high standard. It has one double bedroom with en-suite shower room equipped to M2 standard. Second bedroom. There is also a second bathroom with bath and overhead shower. It has been awarded 4 Stars by Visit Britain. The front door opens 31", the small step into the property is 3" high. The entrance hall is 46" wide. Once inside the property all of the polished hardwood floor is on one level. The kitchen/dining/living room is all open plan, the door opens to 31". Double French doors open onto an enclosed patio area. The step down is 8", the doors open to 41". The main bedroom door opens to 31". The second bedroom door opens to 28". The main bathroom door opens to 31", the bath is 22" tall with a shower over and the toilet is 15" tall. The en-suite to the main bedroom door opens to 31". It has an M2 rating and is designed for those less able. It has a wheel in shower area, the toilet is 18.5" tall with a right hand transfer. Grab rails are next to the toilet and shower.
Facilities
The cottage is all on one level with polished hardwood floors throughout. The kitchen/diner is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, cooker, and microwave. The sitting room has free view TV and DVD player. The sitting room has double doors giving access to an enclosed patio garden complete with garden furniture that overlooks the farmyard and fields. We have a separate laundry room for others to use also. All towels and linens are included in the price, as is the heating and Wi-Fi.
