The cottage is one of two cottages and ten lodges on-site. It is nestled in a quiet secluded valley, with woodland, open spaces, nature trails, recreational areas and a river.

This is a luxury cottage, tastefully and imaginatively converted from old stables. The cottage is equipped and furnished to the highest standards and has received a 5-Star Quality rating from Visit England. The cottage is rated Mobility Level 3 under the National Accessible Scheme, providing an easy and comfortable holiday home for anyone with impaired mobility.
The cottage is all on one level, with two twin bedrooms (one with en suite with bath), a further double bedroom and a further shower room and toilet. The cottage sleeps up to six plus the possibility of adding cots.
The lounge is very spacious and full of character, enjoying an attractive beamed 'cathedral' ceiling and French windows leading to a private patio area, with picnic table (and use of gas barbecue). It is furnished with a very comfortable suite, digital freeview widescreen TV (42" HD LED) & Video & DVD player/recorder, CD/radio/iPod dock and wood-effect fire, and the cottage throughout is furnished with high quality solid wood furniture.
The kitchen is fully equipped, including hob and oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and microwave. The dining area is furnished with a country table and ample seating. The cottage has oil-fired central heating and hot water.
