Nestled in the pretty hamlet of North Whilborough, this cottage in South Devon offers the perfect base for a self catering holiday. With a beautiful, peaceful setting but also stacks to see and do in nearby towns such as Torquay and Totnes, you have an ideal balance of fun and relaxation for the perfect country break.
This is one of three cottages with lovely lake views from the front and a tremendous view of the local countryside from the rear. The spacious, beautifully furnished holiday cottages offer a feeling of 'home from home' with that added touch of privacy and luxury. This can offer a cosy retreat for two, or cater to a large party of friends or family.

The cottage is accessible, it provides:

Bedroom 1 has a king size bed and a shower room with walk in shower with under floor heating. Bedroom 2 has two large twin beds and an en-suite bathroom. The bed linen is all cotton of the highest quality. The beds are solid wood and the views from both rooms are lovely. The spacious lounge has solid oak flooring, two leather sofas, LCD TV and a home cinema system to enjoy the your video library. There is a large dining table with plenty of space for 4 people. The kitchen is fabulous. Granite work tops, plenty of space with lovely views over rolling countryside. There is a Neff oven and ceramic hob along with the usual appliances you would expect in a well-equipped home.
Facilities
The heated swimming pool is available whatever the weather, while the play barn and grounds provide amusement galore with goals, play house, table tennis, table football, a trampoline with safety net, toddlers’ zone and more.
