The cottage is nestled in the peaceful and tranquil Cornish countryside, located in the Tamar Valley it is officially in an area of outstanding natural beauty. The cottage is close to the wild and varied landscape of Dartmoor National Park and the city of Plymouth. A short drive west takes you to scenic Kit Hill and Bodmin Moor, home to The Beast of Bodmin Moor!
Access
The cottage meets the highest M3 access grading so there are no steps on the ground floor with wide doors. Support rails are located in at risk areas and the kitchen worktops have wheelchair access allowing everyone to take part in meal preparation.
Accommodation
The cottage has 3 bedrooms sleeping up to six people. On the ground floor is a double bedroom with zip link beds, wall mount flat screen TV, touch action bedside lighting and fitted wardrobe. There is also direct access to the ground floor shower room, lavatory and hand basin. Access can be en suite from the bedroom or from the entrance hall. Upstairs there are two further double bedrooms, both with zip & link beds, TV's, seating and fitted wardrobes. The second bathroom is situated between the two bedrooms.

This is a spacious well equipped holiday cottage benefiting from a large kitchen and dining area and an open plan entrance to the spacious sun lounge. The kitchen as all the mod cons you would expect in a 4 star luxury holiday cottage. For your entertainment the cottage as a flat screen Digital Freeview TV, DVD player and HiFi. In addition a broadband internet connection via a WiFi connection is also available. Outside there is plenty of parking and a dedicated patio area with barbecue, picnic table and garden chairs to seat up to six guests.
