This ground floor holiday cottage has 2 fully furnished bedrooms both en-suite and accommodating up to 4 guests plus a cot which is available on request. The roomy double bedroom with en-suite has full facilities and a level entry shower area (a wet room). This room is ideal for those with restricted mobility with support rails and allows for easy wheelchair access. The second bedroom has twin beds with the en-suite offering a bath and full facilities. A cot and highchair are available on request.

The very spacious open plan kitchen, dining and living area has been tastefully decorated and is well equipped to a very high standard. The lounge area has two cosy leather settees, contemporary furniture, 40" flat screen digital TV with DVD player, a radio/CD player, books and family games. The fully equipped kitchen area includes an electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. The utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer. Alongside this is a comfortable dining table with chairs.
Sliding doors lead to a paved patio area with garden furniture and gas barbeque and steps that lead up to a large fenced lawn with extensive views of the river Fowey with boats resting on their moorings. A garage for parking is available for your vehicle. Out of season the property will accept dogs.
