The cottage is set on a working farm, on the owners estate comprised of farmland and woodland. The property is fitted and furnished to a good standard and is a perfect place to unwind or explore, either on foot or by car. The cottage is situated a few miles from Bodmin and Wadebridge, and a short drive from Padstow with its shops and Polzeath with its beach.

The cottage is all on one level and has a wetroom shower with grab rails.

This property is all on one level featuring a living room with French doors to the garden, a dining room, kitchen with French doors to garden and 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom is a double bedroom with zip & link bed (can be made into twin beds) with French doors leading to the garden as well as an en-suite wet room with shower seat and toilet. The second bedroom is a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
