The cottage stands in 38 acres of beautiful grounds and woodlands, set around a lovely lake, stocked with carp, roach and bream. The site features a variety of properties surrounding the historic manor house, built in the 1820s on the site of a much older house. It is Grade II listed, along with two bridges in the grounds, and has now been converted into these attractive apartments and cottages, making a perfect base for your Cornish holiday.

This 3 bedroom cottage is split across 2 levels. The ground floor has a living/dining room with TV, DVD player and CD player as well as a kitchen with electric oven, low level electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and low worktops. There is one bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed. There is a ground floor wet room with shower, shower seat, grab rails and toilet.
The first floor has 2 bedrooms, the first bedroom has a double four poster bed. The other upstairs bedroom has twin beds. There is also an upstairs bathroom with shower over bath, and toilet. One of the most attractive features of this property is the balcony which overlooks the beautiful grounds. There is a barbecue and large grounds with garden furniture (shared with other properties on-site).
While staying at this 3 bedroom property you have free access to a tennis court (shared with other properties on-site) and on site fishing (licence required) on a private fishing Lake. Wi-Fi is available at an additional charge.
