This spacious and well-presented holiday home, set within the owners’ smallholding, with a large garden and patio, are perfectly placed to enjoy the dramatic north Cornwall coast, as it faces unspoilt National Trust land overlooking the coast. The stunning beach of Chapel Porth is close by and has a café for breakfast by the beach. Porthtreath, a short drive away is the start of the Coast to Coast cycle path and bike hire is available locally. Horse riding, golf, surfing, kayaking, and local amenities are all available close by. Beach 1 mile. Shop 1 mile, pub/restaurant 500 yards.

Wet room: With shower, toilet, shower seat and grab rails.
