This spacious and well-presented holiday home, set within the owners’ smallholding, with a large garden and patio, is perfectly placed to enjoy the dramatic North Cornwall coast, as it faces unspoilt National Trust land overlooking the coast. The stunning beach of Chapel Porth is close by and has a café for breakfast by the beach. Porthtowan with its children’s play area, sand dunes, beach bar, surf school and local pub has all the ingredients for a great holiday. Beach 1 mile. Shop 1 mile, pub/restaurant 500 yards.

This 2 bedroom property is all on one floor and features a living/dining room with an electric coal-effect fire, a 32" Freeview TV, a DVD player and CD player. The kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, a drinks fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. There are 2 bedrooms, the first one has a double electric bed and the second bedroom is with twin beds. There is also a wet room with shower, toilet grab rails and shower seat. WiFi is available throughout the cottage.
Outside you can find a small courtyard, patio and sitting-out area with garden furniture and barbecue. There is ½-acre of landscaped grounds, a children’s play area and garden furniture (shared with other property on-site), a bike store and private parking for 2 cars.
