The cottage is perched on the south facing hill above the picturesque village of Ilam on the Staffordshire, Derbyshire border within the Peak District National Park 5 miles north of Ashbourne. Being an organic farm, they are passionate about attention to detail, food, quality and customer service.
Access
The bathroom on ground floor has non-slip floor, non-slip, shallow bath, rim 445mm high. Toilet seat 445mm high, left hand transfer, pull down hand rails both sides. Flat floor shower, mobile shower chair available on request. Lots of fresh towels included as are toilet rolls. There is level/ramped access into accommodation. The sitting room has a riser reclining chair. There are two electric profiling beds in the twin bedroom.

The property sleeps six people in three bedrooms and has two bathrooms. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms with a small en-suite bathroom between them. The third bedroom nestles up in the rafters, up a tiny staircase. The large wheelchair accessible bathroom is on the ground floor.

- Kitchen Fridge freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, radio with iphone dock, electric hob and oven. There's some organic milk, tea, coffee, salt and pepper, washing up liquid, dishwasher powder and kitchen rolls to get you started.
- Sitting/dining room Remote control TV, DVD and radio, recliner chair and a cosy log stove. Dining table with comfortable stacking dining chairs.
- Heating Heating for the whole farm is supplied by a large wood pellet boiler, so its cosy and warm all the time. Heating and fuel is all included in the price.
- Extra equipment The following items are in the cottage: An electric profile bed, bed side guard, A self riser/recliner chair, bath board, bath seat, raised toilet seat. Available on request are: Oxford Major Hoist 190, mobile shower chair and a commode.
