This is a 200 acre working organic farm with sheep, cattle, chicken and crops. Surrounded by beautiful peaceful countryside with rolling fields, ancient woods and quiet country lanes where the only sound are the sounds of nature, a tractor working in the fields and the occasional car. The North and South Devon coast are within easy reach as is Dartmoor, were the film "War Horse" was filmed and Exmoor, the home of "Lorna Doone". Most of the South West major attractions are within one and half hours driving, such as Lost Gardens of Heligan and The Eden project.
