The cottage is situated at the end of a private lane and adjacent to the owner’s home. These semi-detached holiday properties are set in a peaceful location, surrounded by fields and streams, but with the added advantage of being only a short distance from the historic town of Great Torrington. The cottage has been converted from the old milking parlour, with sympathetic conversion and decoration keeping all of the old stone and brick work on the outside as original as possible.

Living room: With Freeview TV, DVD player, beams and patio doors leading to courtyard.
Kitchen/dining room: With electric cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and beams.
Bedroom 1: With zip and link kingsize bed (can be 2ft 6in twin beds on request) and en-suite wet room with shower, toilet, grab rails and shower seat.
First Floor:
Bedroom 2: With double bed and en-suite with shower over bath, and toilet.
Facilities
Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Travel cot available on request. No smoking. Please note: There is a stream close by.
