This is an easily accessible and very comfortable three bedroom wheelchair friendly bungalow. Accommodation is all on one floor which includes hallway, two twin bedrooms, double bedroom with en-suite (shower, wash hand basin and toilet), wet room (shower, wash hand basin and toilet) and open plan living/dining room/kitchen with patio doors leading to an enclosed patio area and a gate to the garden, all over looking magnificent views. Wi-Fi is available in this cottage. Please note the garden area has wheelchair access.
The grounds and local footpaths allow visitors to experience the delights of the area’s wildlife, whilst the cathedral city of Exeter, the Devon and Dorset Heritage Coast and the wilds of Exmoor National Park are all less than an hour away. With a good selection of activities including their own fishing lake and golf within 7 miles, these perfect holiday homes are ideally placed for taking full advantage of this beautiful part of Devon. Beach 17 miles. Shop 6 miles, pub and restaurant 2 miles.

Private parking for 2 cars. Wheelchair access. No smoking. Please note: No children under 8 years old. The property has a natural water supply from a spring and there is direct access to a lake, 300 yards away.
