The cottage is a spacious property hidden away in the heart of the Norfolk broads, surrounded by fantastic nature and wildlife, and award-winning beaches a 20 minute drive away. The accessible cottage can sleep up to 7, and is dog friendly - including enclosed areas for dogs to freely explore.
Access
The cottage features paved outdoor access from your car, and a downstairs bedroom featuring an en-suite accessible wet room. The wet room includes a wheel-in shower, hand rails, lever taps, and plenty of room to manoeuvre. Shower chairs and raised toilet seats are available on request. All doorways are 76 cm wide, beds are 53 cm high, and the toilet seat is elevated 41 cm.
Accommodation
The spacious, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage accommodates up to 7 guests. The open-plan living area is spacious, features a colour TV and DVD Player, and there is a large picture window with level access to the patio. You can enjoy the cottage's enclosed garden and furnished patio.
All three bedrooms have move-and-link beds, giving you a large king size double or twin beds as required. Each bedroom is furnished with wardrobe, bedside cabinets and dressing table. All beds are supplied with duvets and bed linen and are made up ready for your arrival. The downstairs bedroom has an en-suite wet room. There is also a bathroom upstairs, which is fully fitted and complete with a panelled bath with an electric shower, pedestal basin and toilet.
Facilities
The fully fitted kitchen includes pine units, a stainless steel sink and ample work surfaces. There is also a full sized cooker, microwave and dishwasher. The dining area is furnished to a high standard, with a large pine table and six chairs.
The property also includes free Wi-Fi internet access.
