The lodge is situated in the peaceful countryside of Lincolnshire, ideally located to enjoy walking and cycling in the area.
Access
This lodge is all on one floor, with step-free access, making it perfect for those with mobility issues. The property has an electric riser bed and shower cubicle. This property would be best suited to someone who still has some degree of mobility as the showers are cubicles, not wetrooms.
Accommodation
This lodge offers an open plan living space with wooden floors throughout. The living area has an electric coal-effect fire, a 55" Freeview TV, DVD player, CD player and patio doors which lead to the garden. The Dining area/Kitchen area has an electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. There are 3 Bedrooms in the property, the first bedroom has a kingsize bed, Freeview TV and en-suite with shower cubicle, toilet and heated towel rail. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has single bed as well as an electric, riser bed. There is a second bathroom with a shower cubicle, corner bath, toilet and heated towel rail. Outside you will find a lawned garden with an area to sit outside, complete with garden furniture and a barbecue.
Facilities
The owner is happy to welcome up to 3 small dogs, Wi-Fi is available at a charge of £1 per day. Guests who stay at the lodge benefit from the use of a games room with pool table, table tennis, dartboard and a selection of DVDs, books and toys (shared with other properties on-site), bike store, private parking for 3 cars and use of the 60-acre natural grounds (shared with other properties on-site).
