Situated in a beautiful landscaped courtyard the disabled holidays cottage is fantastic to experience the Isle of Wight
The Isle of Wight has long been a popular holiday destination for visitors of all ages and with some spectacular beaches and trail rides it is ideal for riding holidays too.
Access
Entered on the ground floor into a reception hall with ground floor wet room featuring a shower, sink and WC suitable for wheelchair users with shower wheelchair, toilet frame and riser available on request. Off of the hallway is a single bedroom ideal for family members unable to use the stairs.
This cottage is located within a horse riding centre and have access for Disabled Visitors to ride the horses.
Accommodation
The hall leads to an open plan living and dining area with comfortable lounge seating, dining table and chairs for 8 and French doors leading to a private patio garden with seating. A modern fitted kitchen with electric oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and microwave.
Stairs to the first floor landing off of which there is:
Outside at the rear there is a private patio garden accessed through French doors in the lounge/dining area. To the front there is a landscaped quadrangle
Facilities
A Smart TV linked to the centre's WIFI provides a wide choice of media entertainment on Freeview and or via Netflix and Amazon using the guest's personal login to their subscription.
Ample parking is provided in the car park adjacent to the accommodation.
