The cottage offers a very good standard of accommodation within the Lincolnshire Wolds, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Part of a former agricultural barn and crew yard, the property has been converted into a purpose-built self catering holiday accommodation with a smart contemporary style, and has been awarded Visit Britain 4 star Gold Award. Set in 4 acres of grounds which includes a maturing woodland area with mowed walkways, wild flower meadows, wildlife ponds and a variety of seating areas from which to enjoy the outstanding views.
Access
This cottage has a disabled wet room, level access, extra wide internal doors plus a disabled parking bay nearby. They also offer other equipment including a variety of mobility aids - such as grab handles, shower stool, raised toilet seat, toilet frame, elephants feet (sofa raisers) all available free of charge.

All on ground floor: Living/dining room with wooden floor/kitchen with tiled floor. 1 double bedroom (6ft zip and link can be twin beds on request) with en-suite wet room with shower, shower seat, grab rails and toilet. Beams throughout.
