If you’re looking for great-value, spacious self-catering holiday accommodation that’s only a short distance from the beach then take a closer look at these holiday homes. There are two large holiday homes available for you to choose from. Both of these properties are modern, spacious and comfortable and have wheelchair friendly bathrooms and bedrooms.
Access
Each house has an accessible level access shower room with a shower, hand basin and high level toilet. The floor is a non-slip pimple floor finish. There are hand/grab rails around the toilet and shower area which is open fronted. Static shower chairs are available (please request at time of booking). There is also an en-suite shower room.
The bedrooms have moveable beds in order that hoists can be used from any side. They are all spacious with low level clothes hanging rail in wardrobes.
Accommodation
The first house is a large property that sleeps up to 8 people in style and comfort. With a large lounge, separate and dining room and kitchen, this kitchen has plenty of living and entertaining space on the ground floor, as well as a twin bedroom on this lower level. Upstairs there’s two twin rooms as well as a double room, with additional single bed and shower room.
The second house is a modern, spacious property boasts 5 bedrooms and is finished to a high standard. Upstairs there’s 1 double, 1 twin and 1 single bedroom while there are two twin rooms on the ground floor. This property is a good choice for those with restricted mobility with plenty of space for wheelchairs. There’s also a wet room downstairs with high level WC and transfer bars. All doors are wide for wheelchair access and there is also a spacious living and dining area.
Facilities
The sitting rooms all have leather upholstered sofas and chairs. The kitchens are large, light and airy with good lighting. There is a larder fridge with a small freezer above. They have a single drainer stainless steel sink with clear under space access. Lever taps over the sink. The oven is eye level with a hob that also has a clear under space access. A large table and chairs completes the kitchen and provides a good family eating area.
