This is a luxury self-catering holiday retreat set in over 20 acres of grassland, wildflower meadow and lakes. The cottage provides an ideal location for exploring the Lincolnshire Fens, Wolds and Coast with easy access to the Norfolk coast.

This is a 4 star award winning accessible cottage. The cottage has two small, comfortable twin bedrooms with handmade solid wood furniture, an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner complete with French doors to a delightful outside seating area. With wider doorways and level access throughout, this cottage is an ideal accommodation for a wheelchair user or less mobile person. The level floor shower room has grab rails and a shower seat (on request). The cottage also has a connecting door in the lounge area to join more than one cottage together - a popular feature for those in a group.

There is a local village pub serving good food and several farm shops and market towns nearby which makes this a great place to stay.
