Situated next to the owner's property, guests can also enjoy their 1-acre landscaped garden. Conveniently located between the market towns of Diss and Thetford, attractions include Knettishall Heath Country Park, Harling Vineyards, Redgrave and Lopham Fen and the English whisky distillery. Shops and pubs 3 miles.

The cottage is accessible, they provide:

All on the ground floor.
Living/dining room: With TV, DVD player, CD player, sofa bed (for flexible sleeping arrangements) and French doors leading to courtyard.
Kitchen: With electric cooker, microwave and fridge.
Utility room: With washing machine.
Conservatory.
Bedroom: With zip and link twin beds (can be super kingsize on request).
Wet room: With shower and toilet.
Facilities
Oil central heating (£20 per week, £10 per short break October-March), electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Enclosed courtyard with sitting-out area and garden furniture. 1½-acre grounds (shared with the owner). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There are 2 ponds in the grounds.
