This cottage is situated on a converted farmyard on the outskirts of the quiet village of Bircham. It is located about five miles from the Royal Estate at Sandringham and seven miles from the North Norfolk Coast. It is in an area of natural beauty but it is essential that you have some form of transport.
The owners of this beautiful property pride themselves at being a home away, their cottages are warm and welcoming for the abled as well as the disabled. They welcome everybody, including pets. They do not allow smoking inside the properties.

The cottage is a single storey cottage with level access throughout, it has beautiful views over the North Norfolk Countryside and the open plan living space has comfortable seating and a TV with DVD player.
There are 3 bedrooms, 2 twins and 1 king size. The twin rooms share ensuite access to a large roll in shower room, complete with toilet and wash basin. There is also a 2nd roll in shower room with toilet and wash basin.
Facilities
It is fully centrally heated and has its own enclosed garden and patio area. There is a TV with a DVD player and a selection of board games. There is also wireless access to the internet which you can link to if your lap top is compatible. The beds are all made up with crisp, fresh linen, including duvet covers, fitted sheets and pillow cases. Blankets are available at request. They do not provide towels so you will need to bring your own.
