This stylish 12ft-wide holiday home is all on one floor, making it perfect for those with mobility problems. The property has 2 bedrooms, the first with a double bed and the second bedroom with twin beds There is a spacious, shared bathroom with wet room, including grab rails and a drop-down shower seat. The low threshold doorways allow for easy wheelchair as do the wide corridors. The open plan kitchen/dining/living area has lowered worktops, appliances and sockets in kitchen. The French doors lead out onto veranda with garden furniture.

There is a café/bar on site, offering a light bites menu as well as a cocktail menu. Those eating and drinking in this café/bar are treated to views overlooking the water and offered both indoor and outdoor seating.
