Central position in Hove, a mile from the by-pass, close to main routes into town, the beaches and the beautiful Downs. Tucked in a quiet close with free on-site parking. 300 yards main bus routes into Brighton and station nearby. Local parade of shops includes a bakers, Tesco’s express, pharmacy, pub, fish and chip shops and takeaways. All very close by. Hove Park is a 10minute walk away providing a large newly built children’s play area, tennis courts and plenty of green spaces with a lovely café.

Full wheelchair accessible accommodation. Footpath to front door from pavement is purpose built. Ground floor is accessible through widened doorways & generous spaces. Ground floor purpose-built fully adapted bedroom with electric bed (not fully profiling) and very spacious en-suite bathroom with full ceiling hoist tracking throughout. Bathroom includes toilet with surround, large changing surface with padded mat and wet-room shower with shower seat. Access to large level South-facing patio with private garden/lawned area down steps through the adapted bedroom.
Accommodation
Two upstairs bedrooms, one double, one twin. Double has vanity sink. Upstairs shower/WC, downstairs main bathroom with bath and electric shower, WC and under-floor heating. Kitchen-dining-room with wood-burner and sliding door onto patio. Separate lounge with TV and gas fire. Potential for 1 additional single bed in downstairs adapted bedroom, together with sofa bed means this room can sleep 3 comfortably.
Facilities
Large adapted downstairs bedroom has electric height adjustable single bed with optional rails. 2 seater sofa bed. Patio doors providing level access and large bay window looking onto mature garden. BBQ & children’s swings. Patio table and 6 chairs enable eating outside in the sunshine with use of umbrellas as its South facing! A cosy wooden 2 seater seat with table for drinks, is ideal for relaxing. Kerbside parking with level access via path to front door. Private driveway too so no parking worries.
The kitchen overlooking the patio and garden is very well equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge-freezer, toaster, coffee machine and kettle. Ideal for easy self-catering after lovely days out locally! Smart TV’s DVD player with good range of DVD’s, including children’s. Full Wi-Fi access. Gas central heating.
