This detached, single storey holiday property, standing in the grounds of the owner’s home, is a romantic retreat with glorious views. Northcott Mouth, a small unspoilt beach, can be reached from a footpath from the cottage, Bude with its surfing beaches is close by.

The cottage is wheelchair accessible, and features an accessible wet room.
Accommodation
All of the accommodation is on the ground floor, with open plan living space. The cottage features a living area with freeview television, a DVD player, and it has French doors leading to a Juliet balcony. The front includes a small sitting area and garden furniture. The bedroom includes a zip-linked super king size bed, which can be set as twin beds, and an en-suite wet room.
Facilities
The cottage includes a dining area, and a self-catering kitchen with an electric hob, combi microwave/oven/grill, a fridge/freezer, and a washing machine and tumble dryer. Underfloor central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels, and Wi-Fi internet access are all included in your stay. Tennis, golf, horse riding, and fishing are all nearby and on offer.
