All set within 3-acre gardens of a 16th-century farmhouse, which offers distant views of Dartmoor to the south, with the north Cornish coast at Crackington Haven being 5 miles away. This cottage has its own sitting-out area which leads onto two barbecue areas and a small field with resident pygmy goats to the front of the cottage, a large children’s playing field with swings to the side and a small copse to the rear of the cottage, where dog owners can exercise their pets.
The cottage is the perfect place to relax and recharge the batteries, but when you are ready to face the outside world again the A39 ‘Atlantic Highway’ is only a few minutes drive from the cottages opening up the whole of north Cornwall, with Crackington Haven, Bude, Boscastle, Tintagel and Bodmin Moor all being within a short drive, making the cottages an excellent touring base.

This cottage is all on the ground floor and has a living room with wood burner, Freeview TV, a DVD player and Wi-Fi. A kitchen/dining area with an electric cooker, microwave, fridge and washer/dryer. The bedroom has a double bed. The bungalow also features a wet room with shower, shower seat, grab rails and toilet. There is another separate toilet. The property benefits from private parking for 2 cars and a lawned garden with garden furniture. The Sitting-out area with garden furniture and barbecue is shared with other properties on site.
Facilities
Night storage heaters, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial logs for woodburner included, remainder available locally. Cot and highchair available on request. Lawned garden and garden furniture. Sitting-out area with garden furniture and barbecue (shared with other properties on site). Private parking for 2 cars. Wheelchair access. No smoking. Please note: This property has a water supply from a borehole.
