This holiday home is set within mature gardens and grounds and is finished to a very good standard. This is a perfect location to explore Cornwall and just a short walk away from the coastal path. Set in shared grounds but with their own terraces, this property has views across open countryside. St Agnes is just over 2 miles away, and is a quaint coastal village with shops, sandy coves and beaches, stunning walks, beachside pubs serving home cooked food and locally brewed ales. The North Cornwall Coast is close by with Porthtowan and its sandy beach and Perranporth which is a traditional family resort with rock pools, sand dunes, beach bar, surf hire and golf. Beach 2 miles. Shop 2½ miles, pub and restaurant ¼ mile.

This 3 bedroom property is split over 2 levels. The ground floor has an open plan living space with wooden floor, Freeview TV, a dining area, kitchen area with electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a ground floor bedroom with twin beds as well as a ground floor wet room with shower, toilet and heated towel rail.
Upstairs there are a further 2 bedrooms, the first with a double bed and en-suite with shower cubicle and toilet. The second bedroom has twin beds and an en-suite with shower cubicle and toilet. There is Wi-Fi throughout the cottage. Outside of the property you can find a courtyard with patio and garden furniture as well as private parking for 2 cars and a bike store. The attractive grounds of the property feature a small pond.

Electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Oil central heating £20 per week. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Welcome pack. 2½-acre grounds with lawned area, orchard and badminton area (shared with other properties on-site). Bike store. Private parking for 2 cars. Wheelchair access. No smoking.
