The farm is a family-run working farm in quiet rural countryside, but in an ideal central position for visiting south Shropshires market towns and attractions, or take advantage of the vast network of footpaths (the Shropshire Way footpath runs on the farm boundary), bridleways (the Jack Mytton Bridleway passes through Tugford) and quiet country lanes.
It is also home to the largest Ancient Ash Tree in Shropshire, which is one of the ten largest in The British Isles. The accommodation is centrally located for South Shropshires Historic Market towns with Ludlow, Craven Arms and Church Stretton just 15 minutes away and Much Wenlock and Bridgnorth just 20 minutes away.

The property is accessible, it includes:
Accommodation
The specially adapted twin bedded room with a spacious en-suite wet room is located independently in a barn conversion adjacent to the farm house. Guests are able to come and go as they please with private access to their rooms. A very hearty breakfast of locally sourced foods is served in their beamed farmhouse dining room.
The very attractive buildings have good outside access via a hard surfaced path and shallow ramp. Access to the breakfast room in the farmhouse is also across a hard surfaced path and through widened doorways and via a shallow ramp.
There are also two self catering cottages on site, whilst they are not accessible they could be used for larger parties wishing to holiday together. The bed and breakfast rooms can also be rented on a room only basis.

Breakfasts - continental breakfast (croissants, orange juice, cereals, coffee, tea, milk, butter, fresh fruit and yogurt) is provided in the rooms for you to help yourselves with silent running fridges in each room.
