Location
The lodge is one of six lodges set in a beautiful three acre garden situated in a rural setting on the edge of the Exmoor National Park. This lodge is set at the far end of the site with magnificent 180 degree views running from the sea, over the valley and across the slopes of Exmoor. There are two verandas with chairs and tables to enjoy alfresco dining or just soaking up the sunshine.

This lodge sleeps up to 10 people and you have 2 different options for how you want to it:
Facilities
The lodge has full electric convector heating through out and is very well insulated and cosy. Parking for up to four cars adjacent to the lodge. There is a fully equipped kitchen with full size cooker, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle with a full range of cooking utensils, saucepans and ovenware. A washer dryer is provided. A large extendable dining table and chairs capable of seating up to 12 is provided. The sitting room has a comfortable range of settees and chairs for at least ten people, a 32 inch flat screen TV and DVD player. One of the settees can be converted to a double bed settee if the other bedrooms do not match the party’s requirements. There are pubs, shops and beach within 1 mile.

Great for large groups due to being able to accommodate so many people.

This lodge sleeps up to 10 people and you have 2 different options for how you want to it:
- Four Bedroom 3 bathroom option
The lodge is spacious and fully equipped with four star rating with four bedrooms capable of sleeping up to ten people based around a large L shaped living area with separate kitchen, dining and sittings areas. The lodge is rated to M2 access for disabled guests with a large shower wet room. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. - Three bedroom 2 bathroom option
It is also possible to book the lodge as a three bedroom two bathroom option for parties of six plus possibly one child. This involves the bunk bedroom being closed off and the main bathroom leaving the shower wet room and the en suite bathroom still available. There is the option of using the pull down bunk for a child in the twin bedroom. Numbers in excess of six adults and one child have to hire the full lodge.
