The property is peacefully located in a superb scenic area near to the delightful village of Droxford, which sits in the beautiful Meon Valley and the South Downs National Park. This carefully converted single storey property has been thoughtfully and tastefully styled throughout. The cottage has superb far reaching views over countryside where sheep, deer, various birds (including buzzards, pheasant and owls), can be observed. The disused Meon Valley railway line is 11 miles long, ideal for walking, cycling and horse riding. The River Meon is close by and is ideal for trout fishing and there are various golf clubs within the area. There is a lovely country pub just 550 yards from the properties, and many other popular pubs and inns within a 5 mile radius. Beach 12 miles. Shop 1 mile, pub and restaurant 550 yards away.
