The cottage is a semi-detached barn conversion and can accommodate up to six guests including two guests with restricted mobility, on the ground floor. Whilst offering holiday makers a cosy and comfortable stay, these 18th-century barns have retained much of their charm and character. Ideal for families and larger groups, there is a real emphasis on guests’ comfort. The properties are decorated with a Christmas theme during the festive season, perfect for breaks all year round. Beach 8 miles. Shop 3 miles, pub and restaurant 2½ miles. Properties can be booked together to accommodate up to 16 guests.

Accommodation
This 3 bedroom property is split across two levels.
On the ground floor there is an open plan living space with beams and tiled floor. There is a dining area, living area, complete with 28’’ Freeview TV and DVD player, a kitchen area with electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and French doors leading to patio. The ground floor bedroom has twin beds and an en-suite wet room with shower and toilet. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor.
On the first floor of the property you will find 2 further bedrooms, one bedroom has a kingsize bed and the other bedroom has twin beds. There is an upstairs bathroom with a bath, shower attachment, toilet and heated towel rail.
Outdoors you will find an enclosed lawned garden with patio and garden furniture, a gas barbecue (shared with other properties) and private parking for 2 cars. When staying at this property guests also have the benefit of using the Indoor heated swimming pool
