There are five holiday apartments within this complex which makes the property perfect when travelling with other people but also wish to retain your own privacy. The property situated in a tree lined street near to local shops, railway station and seafront. What you see is what you get!
Dickens Apartment is situated only a few minutes wheel/walk (350m) from the Torquay seafront, where you can take in the view from the end of the pier across the bay towards Paignton, Brixham & Berry Head, a National Nature Reserve. If you prefer you can wander around the harbour and shopping area and then sample the delights of the many varied restaurants around the vicinity.
Although sited close to all of Torquay's main facilities the area is quiet and peaceful. Local shops include a chemist, newsagent, post office, butchers and Co-op

All apartments are self contained and have well equipped kitchens including oven & hob, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge with frozen food compartment. There is a complimentary starter pack consisting of washing up liquid, Kitchen cleaner, toilet cleaner and dishwasher tablets. Digital televisions & DVD Players are in all bedrooms and lounges.
All bed linen, towels for use within the apartment, iron and ironing board and hair dryer provided. Guests are asked to bring their own towels for the beach and pool. Each apartment has an independent hot water supply. No meters.
Facilities
There is a sun terrace at the side of the pool with sun loungers, deck chairs and tables. Read a book or soak up the sun or play one of our board games. The pool is open every day 9am - 9pm and is heated.The 'Multidome' cover makes it feel like swimming indoors. During the warm weather it only takes a few minutes to roll the cover back off the pool.
Facilities to store luggage for guests travelling by coach or rail if arriving earlier than 2.30pm. A car parking space is provided for each apartment and there is a clothes drying area.
