The cottage is one of several, situated within 600 acres of beautiful Warwickshire farmland in the historic and peaceful hamlet of Knightcote. North of the Cotswolds, near to Warwick and Stratford in Shakespeare's beautiful and Historic County of Warwickshire, the cottages have been lovingly restored and adapted from 17th Century stone barns, an old milking parlour, a grain store and dryer.

Accommodation
The cottage is a superb detached cottage which is all on one level, making it great choice for young families and those who require a cottage with luxury, space, comfort and accessibility to NAS Category M3. Very Spacious open plan sitting/dining room with fully equipped ash kitchen. The sitting room, has two sofas, two tub chairs, a Freeview TV and DVD player. There is a large separate bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. All the rooms in the cottage are fully accessible with a wheelchair. Both bathrooms have wheel-in showers and a wheel-in shower chair is available on request. Both toilet have bars around the toilet.
