This cottage is one of many which are situated within a small working farm, located on the edge of Mount Hawke village only 8 miles from Truro and just a few minutes drive to the coast. All village amenities, including 2 grocery shops, one with post office facilities, a hair-dresser, a florist and an excellent public house and restaurant are within level walking/wheeling distance. This is one of two self catering holiday accommodations on site converted with wheelchair users in mind. The single storey cottage (barn conversion) sleeps 4, with a sofa bed in the lounge to accommodate 2 additional guests if required.

The property has two spacious and fully furnished bedrooms, each offering a choice of a large double bed or twin beds. One room has an en-suite shower room and there is a further separate bathroom with shower over the bath. A sofa bed in the lounge provides sleeping accommodation for a further two people if required. The living room is open plan comprising kitchen, dining and seating areas.
Facilities
The modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, electric oven and hob, combination microwave oven with grill and a fridge freezer. Laundry facilities including a washing machine and tumble dryer are also available. Throughout the building the latest under floor heating has been installed to provide a comfortable environment for your stay. A feature fire has been added for chilly evenings and winter breaks. For your entertainment there is a T.V. with Freeview and D.V.D. player, video player, free Wi-Fi, and a Bluetooth wireless speaker. From the living area French doors open out onto the beautiful country views. The property has been graded as FOUR Star Self Catering Accommodation by the VisitBritain National Quality Control and Mark 3 for Accessibility.
