Access
The apartment is accessible for wheelchair users, with all external access through double doors, and extra wide internal doors throughout. There is level access throughout the property, and the flooring is tiled. All switches can be reached while seated. There is plenty of turning space for a wheelchair. The gardens can be reached from the living area and bedrooms, and are accessible with a wheelchair.
The accessible bedroom features height-adjustable twin beds, with pressure relieving foam mattresses. There is additionally a disabled wet room with a level access wheel-in shower, and a shower chair is available.

The property features an open-plan lounge, dining, and kitchen area. The living area features a double sofa bed, a dining table seating 6, a sideboard, TV, and DVD and CD player. There are two twin bedrooms available: an accessible bedroom, and an additional bedroom with an en-suite shower room.
