The villa is situated on a quiet road on the north side of Cessenon, over the river Orb. The village is 12 miles north west of Beziers, 40 minutes from the Med and 50 miles from Carcassonne and its magnificent castle. You are on the edge of the foothills of the Cevennes and the High Languedoc National Park (think Peak district with sunshine), so there are many scenic routes and walks on your doorstep, plus activities like canoeing, horse riding and cycling using the bikes in the garage.

This accessible property is comprised of three bedrooms, allowing you to house large groups and families on your holidays. One bedroom features a double bed, the other two bedroom have twin beds or bunk beds. The main living area of the property is open-plan, and includes a lounge area, dining area, and kitchen. The dining table seats up to 6. There is platform lift in the property to get to the master bedroom. The property features automatic shutters with all the windows, which help to keep it cool in warm weather. The pool in the property is raised as for easy transfer from wheelchair to the pool. There is a raised section in the pool for disabled guests to relax in the water.

The lounge includes a TV which includes satellite, and Wi-Fi internet access is available throughout the property. The property has an on site swimming pool.
The self-catering kitchen includes all the facilities you need, including a cooler, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. There is also a laundry room available, with a washing machine.
