Location
La Grange is set in the tranquil Breton Countryside, close to the market town of Lannion, and only a 15 minutes drive away from the beautiful beaches on the north coast of Brittany. Guergilles is an hours drive from Brest and two hours from Dinard.
By Ferry - Portsmouth to St Malo on Brittany Ferries or Plymouth to Roscoff.
By Train - Eurostar to Paris and then the TGV from Paris to Plouaret-Tregor. Trains leave from Gare Montparnass and take about 3.5 hours. Plouaret-Tregor is 10km from Guergilles.
Access
The bedroom on the ground floor of La Grange has a fully accessible shower room, en suite. There is level, paved access to the front and back entrances, leading to disabled parking area and sun terrace. Although La Grange is the only gite fully adapted for wheel chair users, Ker louarn is also suitable for those with limited mobility, as all the accommodation is on the ground floor. There is a single step up to the front entrance.
Accommodation
La Grange is the largest of three Gites, with three bedrooms. This is a two storey property which can sleep up to 8 people. There are a further 2 properties on site, one of these properties has 2 bedrooms and can be connected to La Grange create one large interconnecting property for which makes it the ideal property for larger groups.
Facilities
On the first floor there is a large double bedroom, a bedroom with twin beds and bunk beds, and bath room. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with an adjacent shower room, accessible for those with limited mobility. It also has a large terrace and a play area to the north.
La Grange is equipped with washing machine, electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, TV with English and French channels, wood burning stove, and electric radiators for winter visitors. Linen is also available for a small additional charge, however guests can provide their own linen if they prefer.
