Location
The town centre with the beach and harbour is about 500 metres away but the best thing is that the access is all traffic free and fairly flat. All the houses in the marina area are built in typical two storey Canarian-style with balconies draping bougainvillea and hibiscus plants. This is where you will find the best bars and restaurants in the resort.

Because of its location the area is protected from the north-easterly winds by the mountains at the head of the valleys to give one of the best climates in the whole of the Canaries.

Access
The hotel offers access to all areas by ramps and elevators. Further, the resort is flat and easily navigated by wheelchair users.

Accommodation
There are 8 completely adapted 1 bedroom apartments, with grab rails and wheel-in showers.

The apartments consist of a twin bedroom that is separated from a large size lounge and dining area with a well equipped kitchenette with microwave, 2 plate electric cooker, toaster and coffee maker. In the lounge are 2 proper pull out beds so the third and fourth persons actually sleep on proper beds.

There is a satellite TV. French style patio doors lead onto huge balconies that accommodate a table, 4 chairs, 2 sun-loungers and a shower tucked into the corner. For added comfort there is also a full length retractable sunshade.

All apartments are extremely spacious in size so guests can enjoy their own space. Apartments have large balconies which overlook Puerto Mogan, on the balconies guests will find an outdoor dining area, and sun loungers, for guests wanting to get out of the sun all apartments have an electric canopy's to shade the apartments and the outdoor areas.

Facilities
There are three stunning swimming pools which are heated during the cooler months.

There is an extensive Solarium with sun beds and parasols, one tennis court shared with the Cordial Mogan Playa, a gym and a spa and wellness centre offering spa circuit, Jacuzzi, various treatments, a floating cave, massages and much more. WIFI internet access is available in public areas free of charge to guests. There are also internet terminals available at an additional charge.

There is a childrens club which offers rifle shooting, table tennis, water polo and other pool games which take place around the family pool area. Evening entertainment for the children includes a disco, followed by live music and variety performances which the whole family is sure to enjoy.

There is also a pool bar and a snack bar, which provide lunchtime menus.
