This Luxury Corfu Villa is located in an idyllic, unspoilt area surrounded by magnificent views, soft landscapes of cypresses and olive trees, away from tourism, high on a hilltop and overseeing the Ionian Sea and the beautiful town of Corfu. The villa was renovated in 2015 as a retreat by the owners in order to help guests escape from their daily routine and provide maximum relaxation. It is only 6kms from Corfu town and this proximity offers several options fr activities. The Venetian imprint of the town with small alleys full of charm, several museums, the Old and New Fortress, lots of taverns and cafes are all worth visiting.
Access
The villa is specifically designed to accommodate a disabled guest with a ground floor bedroom which is situated right next to an accessible wet room. This includes:
Ground Floor: connected through a large built-in veranda with a lush garden and pool area. Large sitting area, small kitchen, large double bedroom and accessible wet room. Fully equipped laundry on this floor.
Main Floor-entrance: hosts a comfortable living-room/sitting room, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, all bathed in Greek sunshine. A second built-in veranda awaits you to enjoy breakfast or after dinner drinks with the inspiration of a 180 degrees view over the Ionian Sea and Corfu island.
Second floor: consists of 3 bedrooms with bathrooms and private balconies offering unique views.
Attic: has been transformed into a relaxed, versatile area with fold-out couches. Ideal for teenagers or for those seeking something special.
Outdoor space: hosts a private pool designed as a beach, offering secure access to children and elderly. A spacious deck surrounds the pool. The barbeque area with stone oven is ideal for gastronome delights. Additionally, the garden has a small orchard with orange and lemon trees and ample space for children to play.

The owners have catered to guests individual needs and paid extreme attention to detail in order to make your stay a memorable one. They welcome guests with a fruit basket and chilled wine upon arrival. The villa also includes:
