In the morning the dining room offers an excellent breakfast, consisting of a large selection of sweet and savory products with a gluten free (AIC) option provided in a separate area. The wide variety of the buffet meets the needs of those who follow particular medical, ethical or religious diets.
The a la carte menu for lunch and dinner offers dishes made with the freshest of ingredients and includes the famous Florentine T-bone steak, a particularly precious cut of meat obtained from the Chianina breed of cattle.
