Location
The hotel boasts a superb setting, right on the seafront opposite the golden sands of Los Pocillos beach. Access
There is good access throughout the hotel. The rooms are adapted for disabled access with wet room shower, shower seat, grab bars, and doors measuring a minimum of 80cm. The long promenade through Puerto del Carmen is well-suited to wheelchair access, and there is limited access to the nearby flat coastal beach of Los Pocillos.

The comfortable and accommodating rooms have a view of the hotel’s gardens, all rooms have a balcony or terrace. The room is supplied with a spacious double bed, of which two extra beds can be made with the sofa beds, making plentiful room for 2 adults and 2 children
