Located in the centre of Costa Teguise, this apartment complex is close to scores of shops as well as an abundance of restaurants, nightclubs and bars. Public transport is to be found in the surrounding area (approximately 100 m away) and the inviting sandy beach is situated only 150m away. Take the pleasant stroll to Costa Teguise´s fantastic beach where you will find golden sands and bright blue seas. Walk a little further along the promenade and discover fantastic island views as well as some lovely, secluded spots.

The hotel has single and double rooms with optional connecting door for large groups and families. The studios are suitable for 2 people, but there is the possibility of increasing the capacity to 3 by adding an extra bed. There is as telephone, free TV and WIFI (it has a cost) as well included in the studio. The bathroom has all the necessary comforts such as shower-bath, bidet & hair dryer.
