Location
This spacious modern Villa is located in a residential area a 5 min drive into the centre of Playa Blanca. The villa sleeps a maximum of 8 people and has excellent facilities for a great holidays.
Access
The villa is fully accessible. The owner is a wheelchair user, therefore the villa has been extensively refurbished with the disabled person in mind.
Accommodation
The Villa has 3 bedrooms (2 double and one twin room)and 2 bathrooms. Bathroom number 1 is ensuite to the master bedroom and has a large walk in shower. The second bathroom has a bath with shower over.
Facilities
The open plan lounge/diner has a flat screen TV with surround sound with HD box and a FULL Sky package and DVD player. There is also a 2nd chill out lounge with a sofa bed to sleep 2 young children, a flat screen TV plus another HD box with a SKY family package.
There is a play station 3 with 4 handsets for your use and also a wireless audio system compatible with itunes, iphone, ipod touch and ipad. From the lounge area you will find the open plan kitchen ,with all mod cons, microwave, fridge/freezer, oven/hob and dishwasher. The washing machine is ouside in the utility area.
Outside you will find the private, electrically heated pool, sun loungers and a BBQ for your use plus a patio table and chairs.
Bath/hand/tea towels and linen are supplied but you will need to bring your own beach towels. There is a hairdryer provided for your convenience.

This spacious ground four bedroom Villa is ideal for families or groups of up to 8 people.

This is a self catering propety with a modern kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, iron, electronic kettle, coffee maker.
Equipment
Commode shower chairs, hoists, scooters and other mobility equipment are available for hire. This must be arranged at the time of booking your holiday.
Adapted Transfers
Airport transfers available in wheelchair adapted vehicles. Transfer time from Arrecife Airport is approximately 30 minutes.
