Location
Luxury self-catering holiday lodges nestled in mature woodlands in the East Neuk village of Lundin Links. Recently built to the highest standard. Equipped with an extensive range of disability support equipment to help you unwind and enjoy a memorable stay.

The area around Homelands is a delightful mix of breathtaking scenery, quaint fishing villages, places of historic interest and numerous attractions and activities, all within easy reach.

Access
All 4 of the Homelands Lodges are accessible, they provide fantastic accessibility features such as:

• Ceiling Track Hoist
• Electric Profiling Bed
• Wet Room
• Grab rails
• Toilet raiser
• Rise/ recline armchair

In addition to the above we have many items of portable equipment available ranging from shower trolleys and mobility scooters to portable hoists and commode shower chairs which can be booked (free of charge), please see our website or call for more details of the equipment we have available.

There is level/ramped access into accommodation. There are two wheelchair accessible paths that offer access in and out of Homelands; one of these paths leads golf course and main road outside Homelands and the other leads to the main street in Lundin Links where all the shops and bus stops can be found.

Please Note: Visitors must bring their own looped sling to use with hoists provided by Homelands!

Accommodation
Homelands provides 4 accessible lodges, they are:

• Drummochy
  A pet friendly lodge with free Superfast Wifi, sleeps up to 8 people with three double/ twin bedrooms and a single room with a pull out bed.
  
  The ground floor of the lodge is predominately open plan with a spacious kitchen, dining and living area. The ground floor has two twin bedrooms, one with Invacare Medley Ergo electric profiling bed and Invacare Softform pressure relief mattress and one with electric profiling bed with a Softform mattress with active air pump.
  
  The first floor of the lodge has two bedrooms; the main double/ twin bedroom has a Velux Cabrio balcony, allowing you to unwind and experience the breathtaking views and sea breeze. The second of the bedrooms is a twin room with an extremely comfortable pull out bed. On the first floor there is also a bathroom, with shower over the bath, where you can escape and relax whilst having a wonderful bath.


• Cardy
  A pet friendly lodge with free Superfast Wifi, can sleep up to 6 people. Two double/twin bedrooms plus a pull out double sofa bed in the living area.
  
  The ground floor of the lodge is predominately open plan with a spacious kitchen, dining and living area. Patio doors open off the living area onto the south facing garden, with panoramic views over Lundin golf course and surrounding coastline. A twin bedroom with Invacare Medley Ergo electric profiling bed with pressure relief Airflow mattress
  
  The first floor is a spacious double/twin bedroom with a balcony overlooking the picturesque surroundings of the Fife coast. Plus a bathroom, with shower over the bath.


• Massney
  A pet free lodge with free Superfast Wifi, can sleep up to 6 people with two double/ twin bedrooms and a double pull out sofa bed in the living area.
  
  The ground floor of the lodge is predominately open plan with a spacious kitchen, dining and living area. There is a twin bedroom with Invacare Medley Ergo electric profiling bed on ground floor. A utility room, wet room with Guldmann H-frame ceiling tracking hoist* plus a separate toilet with wash hand basin are also on the ground floor.
  
  The first floor of the lodge has a spacious double/twin bedroom with a Velux Cabrio balcony, which looks onto the beautiful surroundings. There is also a bathroom, with shower over the bath, where you can lie back, relax and have a bath.


• Keil
  A pet friendly lodge with free Superfast Wifi, can sleep up to 6 people with two double/twin bedrooms and a pull out double sofa bed in the living area.
  
  The ground floor of the lodge is predominately open plan with a spacious kitchen, dining and living area. A twin bedroom with Invacare Medley Ergo electric profiling bed and Softform pressure relief mattress with Guldmann H-frame ceiling tracking hoist* is housed on the ground floor. A utility room, a wet room with Guldmann H-frame ceiling tracking hoist* plus a separate toilet with wash hand basin are also on the ground floor.
  
  The first floor of the lodge has a spacious double/twin bedroom with a Velux Cabrio balcony, which looks onto the beautiful surroundings. There is also a bathroom, with shower over the bath, where you can lie back, relax and have a bath.

While staying at the Homelands Lodges it's a great idea to check out the Paxton Centre which is located right next door to the Lodges, it houses the Lodge reception where the friendly team are on hand between 9am and 4pm Monday to Saturday to assist you with any questions or queries you might have!

The Paxton Centre is a drop-in centre open to everyone, it is a thriving environment where a wide range of activities and alternative therapies take place: there is something for everyone! The Paxton Centre is also simply a place to come and enjoy the beautiful views across the Forth Estuary whilst enjoying a cup of tea. In addition we also run MS therapies one day per month; please contact us for more information.
