A snug yet spacious two-bedroom cottage with a specially designed ramp system - so no stairs! The south-facing patio and French doors with original church style window floods the living space with natural light and opens up great views. Orchard Cottage is ideally located for both relaxing rural getaways or as a base to explore Perthshire and the Highlands of Scotland.
Access
The cottage is accessible, and features an adapted wet room with a wheel-in shower. There is a ramp system throughout the property.
Accommodation
The cosy bedrooms in this cottage have zip-linked beds allowing you to decide in advance the make-up of each room as either double or twin beds. The master bedroom has an en-suite tiled wet room whilst the second has its own bathroom right next door to the bedroom. The luxurious cotton linen, fluffy white towels, robes and slippers are all ingredients for a sound night's sleep.
The large open plan sitting, dining, and kitchen has south facing patio doors leading out in to an enclosed garden. The south facing garden catches the sun all day long. The dining table easily seats 6 and leads from the kitchen seamlessly into the sitting room with leather sofas seating 4 people.
Facilities
The open-plan, fully-equipped, self-catering kitchen - including a 4 ring induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, and dishwasher - is perfectly set-up for families and small groups. The living room features a wood burning stove, logs are included in rental.
