This cottage is Located in the peaceful Scottish Borders, near the village of Swinton and Border Towns of Coldstream and Duns. It is also only a short distance from Berwick Upon Tweed and Kelso. The period stone, single storey farm buildings are surrounded by rolling countryside and make the perfect base from which to discover the borders region which is awash with historic monuments, grand stately homes, castles, stunning panoramic views, and magnificent wildlife.

The cottage is fully adapted and ramped for wheelchair users. Spacious and bright, it has three bedrooms and sleeps up to seven guests. The accommodation includes a king-size bedroom, with an adjoining single bedroom, it is ideal for parents with small children, and The twin room with an electric bed. The family bathroom is very large and has been specially adapted with a wheel-in shower and handrails as well as a bath. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes all your essentials, also includes microwave, dishwasher, washer dryer and fridge freezer. In the sitting room, you will find comfy seating, a colour TV, Sky connection (bring your own box and card) and dining space for seven. The cottage has complimentary WiFi Internet access, so you can keep in touch with the office, or plan your next day of adventure. The cottage also has an open fire.
