Location
The Croft Cottage is set in the Scottish Borders countryside near Melrose. Edinburgh, the coasts of Northumberland and Berwickshire are all within an easy one-hour drive.
This cottage was designed from the realisation that it was very difficult for families with disabled and severely disabled members to find any suitable self-catering holiday accommodation with facilities for all the family to take a holiday together.
Access
The Croft Cottage is suited to anyone with mobility requirements offering:Level entry access

Accommodation
On the ground floor there is a sun porch that leads into an open-plan kitchen / dining / sitting room with wonderful garden views. Just off the sitting area is a single bedroom with en-suite wet room shower particularly suited to wheelchair users or those with limited mobility. There are also two twin bedrooms and a separate bathroom on the first floor.
Well behaved dogs are welcome in this cottage too (extra charge) and there are plenty of walking opportunities right on the doorstep. The cottage is surrounded by open gardens with stunning views over Melrose and the Tweed valley. There are charcoal BBQs for guest use together with picnic tables and even an open barn in case you need shelter from the Scottish sun (or possibly rain!).

TV with Freeview, DVD/VHS player, books, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, oven, hob, toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine & tumble dryer.
