A stunning and completely accessible holiday home, overlooking the ocean in the beautiful, friendly and unspoilt seaside village of Noordhoek. The Beach House is built on a sand dune overlooking Noordhoek's famous Long Beach. With 4 double bedrooms (3 of them ensuite) and an additional separate en-suite double studio flat, its flexible accommodation will meet all needs. One room, completely designed for disabled people, has a lift to access the rest of the accommodation.

Access
This holiday home is completely wheelchair accessible, including level access throughout, and a lift allowing you to access upstairs - the full property. The fully adapted double bedroom has doors onto the ramped deck, which leads into The Beach House’s pool, including a pool hoist and accessible outdoor shower. The pool area is paved with plenty of space for safe access. There is a fully adapted wet room, including a wheel-in shower and grab rails throughout, which includes a tracking hoist system from the adapted bedroom.

All doors are widened for ease of access in the property. Shower chairs, a portable hoist, and beach wheelchair are available for your use. The flat above the accessible garage has been designed as a self-contained area for carers, for those that need it. The beach directly in front of the house features a wooden boardwalk for access. The farm village features a variety of accessible restaurants you can visit, and a central disabled toilet, the owners keep record of wheelchair friendly locations and can advise you with excursions on your holiday.

Accommodation
The property includes a total of four bedrooms, including the wheelchair accessible room and accessible wet room, and a further two of which feature en-suite bathrooms, making enough room for fantastic large family and group holidays. The Beach House features a large, open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, with a five metre high vaulted ceiling. There is also a secondary downstairs lounge.

A step-free garden wraps around the entire property. On the lower deck there is also an outdoor dining area for you to enjoy, with BBQ facilities.

Facilities
This property features free Wi-Fi internet access, DSTV, and a DVD player for your entertainment on holiday. The Beach House has an indoor fireplace. All your essentials, including an iron, laptop-friendly workspace, and washing machine, are all included in your stay.

The self-catering kitchen allows you to cook your own meals during your stay, and has everything, includes pots and pans, oil, dishes and silverware, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, oven, and stove.
