Casa Brazos Abiertos is a luxurious Country Estate. Just minutes drive from the pretty white village of Iznajar which has accessible bars, restaurants and lake side beach - Peaceful location, great walks, minutes drive from the Lake and Beach. The house sits in its own 5 acre olive grove, secluded but not isolated. The views are stunning from all around the house.
Local bars, restaurants and shops and the fabulous lake of Iznajar are just a few minutes drive away and are mostly accessible. At the lakeside there is a huge beach where you can swim and hire pedaloes or canoes. The landscape in this area is nothing short of spectacular. Rolling hills for mile after mile are covered with olive groves and Mediterranean oak. The pace of life is slow and gentle, perfect for a relaxing holiday. The Villa is fully registered, offering amazing views, heavenly scenery, and an unrivaled standard of accommodation.

Access
There is a total of 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. 4 bedrooms and bathrooms are on the ground floor and are all accessible. All Rooms can be either twin bedded or 1 king size bed. The room has a door which has an opening of 85cm and opens into the room. The door handle and keyway are 96cm and 1m high. The bedrooms are large with a tiled floor surface. There is a lowered hanging rail in the wardrobe. The beds are 550 mm high to the top of the mattress. There is clear space under the desk of 740mm. There is a flat screen DVD player with remote control. All light switches and sockets have been lowered and the light and fan can be controlled from the bed. The bedrooms have two windows both have lowered handles.
All rooms have roll in en suite wet rooms. The doors to the wet rooms are 85cm clear opening inwards into the wet room. There is clear floor space 2.2m x 2.14m in this room. The hand basin has a small lever operated tap and space beneath it. There is fold down rail on one side of the WC, and a vertical rail on the wall. The WC is 40cm high. Toilet seat risers are available. There is a level access shower. There is a roll in shower chair available. There are two horizontal handrails in the shower area. The shower controls are 1.2m and 1.5m high
Accommodation
The Villa has a private pool and was built to welcome all guests, they live up to their Spanish name which means `Open Arms`. The Villa has won Trip Advisors Travellers Choice Award for 2013 and numerous celebrities choose to stay here because of its beautiful location. Casa Brazos Abiertos is just a few minutes drive from Iznajar village which sits above the largest lake in Andalucia. The lake has a beach, bars and restaurants.

All rooms are set around a courtyard, not inside a single villa.
Facilities
Each of the four ensuite bedrooms downstairs has a flat screen monitor with DVD. The beds all have integrated memory foam toppers, a choice of pillows and beds are decorated with hand made quilted cushions and bed runners. Hairdryers are provided. The rooms in the property have a ceiling fan.
All bathrooms are beautiful wet rooms, with luxury tiling and the choice of a hand held or rain forest deluge shower.
The shower rooms are fitted with a large shower area and totally non slip floors.
Bath and Pool towels are supplied.
All bedrooms downstairs open out onto a traditional Spanish courtyard with a beautiful fountain.
Leading from your courtyard bedroom there is a large sitting room, library and bar area with additional fridge. Entertainment facility with hundreds of movies, box TV sets and music. They also offer a selection of games, DVDs and books. Within the lounge there is also a dining area.
The sitting room opens out onto a huge terrace with stunning views and is the perfect place to relax . Around the pool area are enough sun beds for everyone with luxury pads. Pool towels are also provided. There is also an electronic pool hoist for any guest who needs assistance when entering the pool.
Food and Drink
Casa Brazos Abiertos have a service called "Cooks Night Off". A local english restaurant with a range of food will deliver to the property if guests are interested. Theres alot of accesible bars and restaurants within a couple of minutes drive.
Adapted Transfers
Airport transfers available in wheelchair adapted vehicles. Transfer time from Malaga Airport is approximately 1 hour.
