Javea is a wonderful, family-oriented place that has no high-rise buildings. Pleasant, relaxed and picturesque Javea has 3 main areas: the old town, El Puerto (the port) and the beach El Arenal. Casa Javea Sands is located only 5 minute walk away from the El Arenal beach so NO car is required! The Arenal area offers a beautiful sandy bay with palm trees. The bay is framed by the promenade which is extremely wheelchair friendly with its wonderful choice of bars and restaurants offering national and international specialities. Most restaurants have step free access. There are dropped kerbs at every crossing. There is also a good selection of medical facilities in walking distance.
Access
The property has one double bedroom (large enough for a wheelchair to turn and to use a hoist) with a bathroom which has a EN-SUITE WET ROOM with wheel in shower. Please note:- The twin & king bedroom/balcony & second bathroom are upstairs, so they are not wheelchair accessible.
Accommodation

Everything you need to feel right at home is at your fingertips. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, juicer and smoothie maker to promise your day gets started on the right foot. You`ll have access to unlimited WiFi, Satellite TV, a DVD player with library and sound system.
Casa Javea Sands is part of a private exclusive gated community, the communal pool and gardens are said to be the nicest in Javea. The swimming pool has beautiful palm trees and tropical flowers, the pool also has ample shallow water suitable for kids to swim in safely.
