The contemporary villa is family and wheelchair-friendly that sleeps six, features three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious living area. The villa is located in Javea which offers sunshine and a warm-climate all year-round and is less than a five minute drive from the amazing beaches (Arenal beach), shops and restaurants.
Access
Access is good with adapted transfer available from the airport. The Villa is fully wheelchair accessible and features easy-access shower rooms as well as a hoist for the swimming pool to allow ease of access for people with impaired mobility.
When visiting Villa Olivo, you can be rest assured you will not have those problems. From the wide internal doorways to the wet room showers, climate control and specialist hoist for safe swimming pool access, the villa offers trouble free holidays for families looking to accommodate loved ones or friends with impaired mobility.

The detached villa is built in an exquisite and minimalist style where the living area is on one level and consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one en-suite with shower room), open plan fitted kitchen giving out to a spacious sitting/dining room with fireplace which has direct access to a terrace where there is an 9m x 4m swimming pool and garden area.
The villa has been designed with high ceilings to give a feeling of greater space inviting a sensation of relaxation. The large windows allow all of the natural light into the property thus creating a very special atmosphere and giving a privileged view to the outdoor areas. There is private parking which is housed behind a secure electronic gate.
